    Curriculum

    The initial month is designed for complete beginners and will take the students to the A1 level of the Slovenian / Croatian language. Throughout this course, they will learn essential vocabulary, grammar, and useful phrases to help you communicate effectively in Slovenian/ Croatian. Please note that this curriculum is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, from basic skills to advanced management concepts. It also includes language proficiency training to enhance communication skills, ensuring that students are well-prepared for a successful career in the field of hospitality. In the next 3 months, the students will be acquiring the training at the hotels of BHS networks (additional theory for individual areas: service, cuisine, F&B marketing, practical training and practice).The focus is on developing skills for various roles in the hospitality industry. During the next 3 months, students will be engaged in practical work and BS will make decisions regarding employment engagements. Each student will be provided with a stipend of €600 to €1,000 per month.This internship involve collaboration with a prospective employer. For those selected, offers of permanent employment will be extended. The specific stipend amount will be determined based on factors such as the student's job profile, prior work experience, and academic qualifications.This structure ensures that students are rewarded fairly and commensurately for their individual qualifications and contributions during the internship.

    For individuals not chosen for immediate permanent employment, BS will provide the opportunity for a 6-month arrangement where they can work part time and then get placed later in 2025. Please note that this curriculum is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, from basic skills to advanced management concepts. It also includes language proficiency training to enhance communication skills, ensuring that students are well-prepared for a successful career in the field of hospitality.
